HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY ICED LEMON BARLEY




Ingredients
  1. 200 gram barley
  2. 300 gram sugar
  3. 1 litter water
  4. 1 lemon (squeeze for juice)
  5. 1 cup ice cubes
How To Make
  1. Wash the barley and drain.
  2. Put in the barley into a pot.
  3. Add in water and sugar.
  4. Boil the barley until it soft and expanded twice it size.
  5. Pour into a glass and add in lemon juice.
  6. Place in the ice cube.
You can make iced barley or hot barley water if you don't add in the lemon juice. You also can make it hot iced lemon barley by not adding the ice cubes.
