Ingredients
- 200 gram barley
 - 300 gram sugar
 - 1 litter water
 - 1 lemon (squeeze for juice)
 - 1 cup ice cubes
 
- Wash the barley and drain.
 - Put in the barley into a pot.
 - Add in water and sugar.
 - Boil the barley until it soft and expanded twice it size.
 - Pour into a glass and add in lemon juice.
 - Place in the ice cube.
