Ingredients
- 6 duck eggs
 - 2 litter water
 - 400 gram salt
 - water for boiling
 
- Wash and clean the eggs.
 - Add salt in a glass jar filled with water.
 - Stir until the salt dissolved.
 - Put in the eggs and make sure the water completely cover the eggs.
 - Close the glass jar lid and store it for 30 days.
 - Boil eggs to cook before serving.
