Ingredients
- 500 gram raw banana
 - 250 gram granulated sugar
 - 250 gram brown sugar
 - 65 ml water
 - salt for taste
 - enough oil to deep fry
 
- Peel the banana skin and clean them.
 - Slice the bananas thinly.
 - Deep fry them until golden brown or crispy.
 - Rest them on racks to get rid of the oil.
 - Add water, granulated sugar, brown sugar and salt to clean pan.
 - Stir until it is thick and even.
 - Turn off the heat, add the banana chips to the pan and fold slowly and gently. Mix them well until the banana chips well covered with the syrup.
 - Rest the bananas on the racks.
