Ingredients
- 150 gram lettuce
 - 1 red capsicum
 - 1 green capsicum
 - 1 cucumber
 - 2 tomato
 - 1 carrot
 - 1 red onion
 - 1/2 cup drained corn kernels
 - 1/2 cup red bean
 - 1/2 thousand island
 
- Wash ingredients 1 - 7.
 - Then cut them as whatever shape or form you like.
 - Put all the vegetables into a bowl.
 - Add in the drained corn kernels and red bean.
 - Put in the thousand island and mix it well.
 - Lastly chill in the refrigerator for a while, then serve it.
