Ingredients
- 600 gram of potatoes
 - 1 cup of all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon pepper
 - Salt to taste
 - Sufficient water
 - Oil for deep frying
 
- Cut all the potatoes and boil it with a little bit of salt.
 - Boil the potatoes until they are semi-soft and then drain it.
 - Put in all-purpose flour and pepper in a bowl.
 - Add in water and then mix it well.
 - The mixture must not be too thick or too liquid.
 - Put in the potatoes into the mixture.
 - Then deep fry it.
 - Ready to serve when the potatoes turn into golden brown.
