HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY SALTED EGG




Ingredients
  1. 6 duck eggs
  2. 2 litter water
  3. 400 gram salt
  4. water for boiling
How To Make
  1. Wash and clean the eggs.
  2. Add salt in a glass jar filled with water.
  3. Stir until the salt dissolved.
  4. Put in the eggs and make sure the water completely cover the eggs.
  5. Close the glass jar lid and store it for 30 days.
  6. Boil eggs to cook before serving.
You also can use chicken egg but it take longer time about 1 1/2 month to store it. The taste is not as good as duck egg. The salted duck egg best to eat with rice and soup. But beware not to eat it too often because the amount of salt inside the egg is not good for health.

HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY MAYONNAISE




Ingredients
  1. 600ml vegetable oil
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 lemon (squeeze for juice)
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make
  1. Put eggs into a bowl and beat it with a mixer.
  2. Beat the egg until they are fluffy and light.
  3. Add in vegetable oil bit by bit and beat it.
  4. Put in salt and lemon juice.
  5. Beat it until become white and look like mayonnaise.
You can add mustard or pepper to get a different taste. The key to success making mayonnaise is the way you put your vegetable oil bit by bit. Make sure also that the egg already fluffy before you put in the vegetable oil.

HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY COCONUT SHAKE




Ingredients
  1. 1 young coconut
  2. 6 scoop vanilla ice cream ( 1 scoop for topping)
  3. 1 cup ice cubes
  4. 2 tablespoons condensed milk
How To Make
  1. Put in the coconut water and the coconut meat into the blender.
  2. Add in 5 scoop vanilla ice cream, ice cubes and condensed milk.
  3. Blend it until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass.

HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY COLESLAW




Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cabbage
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1 cup of mayonnaise
  4. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make
  1. Wash the cabbage and carrot.
  2. Finely chopped the vegetables.
  3. Put it in a bowl and add in all the other ingredients.

Normally coleslaw is a side dish for fried chicken or barbecued meats. You can add the amount of sugar if you like your coleslaw sweet or reduced it to make less sweet. It the same for salty and sour taste. Make adjustment to the salt for salty taste and lemon juice for sour taste. It all depends on your own tastes.

Ingredients
  1. 150 gram lettuce
  2. 1 red capsicum
  3. 1 green capsicum
  4. 1 cucumber

  5. Put in the thousand island and mix it well.

You also can add in other vegetables that you like. You can put in mushroom, olive, broccoli, celery or avocado. When you cut the vegetables, try to cut it into a nice and beautiful shape or form. When the food look nice and beautiful, it was like going to be tasty and delicious. There are a lot nutrients in this dish.

HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY GARLIC BREAD




Ingredients
  1. 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  2. 1 loaf French bread
  3. 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
How To Make Using Grill Pan
  1. Preheat a grill pan.
  2. Mix together softened butter, garlic powder and dried parsley in a bowl.
  3. Slice bread into 1 inch slices.
  4. Spread the mixture in the bowl on both side of the bread.
  5. Put it on the grill pan and cook until the colour change to golden brown.
  6. Flip and continue with the other side.
How To Make Using Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY TEH TARIK OR 'PULLED TEA'




Ingredients
  1. 4 teaspoons tea powder
  2. 4 teaspoons condensed milk
  3. 2 teaspoons sugar
  4. 1 cup boiling water
How To Make
  1. Pour the boiling water inside a container.
  2. Add the tea powder.
  3. Wait a while until the water change colour.
  4. Filter the tea and add condensed milk and sugar. Stir it.
  5. Take another empty container to pull the tea.
  6. One of the container must be higher than the other one. Use the container in your right hand to pull the tea on the container on your left hand. Then use your left container to the right container. Repeat this process a few time until you see a lot of foam.
  7. Pour into a clear glass.

HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY BANANA CHIPS




Ingredients
  1. 500 gram raw banana
  2. 250 gram granulated sugar
  3. 250 gram brown sugar
  4. 65 ml water
  5. salt for taste
  6. enough oil to deep fry
How To Make
  1. Peel the banana skin and clean them.
  2. Slice the bananas thinly.
  3. Deep fry them until golden brown or crispy.
  4. Rest them on racks to get rid of the oil.
  5. Add water, granulated sugar, brown sugar and salt to clean pan.
  6. Stir until it is thick and even.
  7. Turn off the heat, add the banana chips to the pan and fold slowly and gently. Mix them well until the banana chips well covered with the syrup.

  2. 1/2 can condensed milk
  3. 1 tablespoon ovalette or sponge cake stabiliser

in the freezer. If you want vanilla flavour, you already have it.
You can add your flavour by adding chocolate syrup, strawberries,
