HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY BANANA CHIPS




Ingredients
  1. 500 gram raw banana
  2. 250 gram granulated sugar
  3. 250 gram brown sugar
  4. 65 ml water
  5. salt for taste
  6. enough oil to deep fry
How To Make
  1. Peel the banana skin and clean them.
  2. Slice the bananas thinly.
  3. Deep fry them until golden brown or crispy.
  4. Rest them on racks to get rid of the oil.
  5. Add water, granulated sugar, brown sugar and salt to clean pan.
  6. Stir until it is thick and even.
  7. Turn off the heat, add the banana chips to the pan and fold slowly and gently. Mix them well until the banana chips well covered with the syrup. 
  8. Rest the bananas on the racks.
Sweet banana chips are great snacks when you watching tv or having party. If you don't want to eat sweet food, you just follow the steps until no 4 only. You can have normal banana chips by just adding salt and pepper. Keep them in air tight containers.
