HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE AND EASY POTATO WEDGES




Ingredients
  1. 600 gram of potatoes
  2. 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  3. 1 teaspoon pepper
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Sufficient water
  6. Oil for deep frying
How To Make
  1. Cut all the potatoes and boil it with a little bit of salt.
  2. Boil the potatoes until they are semi-soft and then drain it.
  3. Put in all-purpose flour and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add in water and then mix it well.
  5. The mixture must not be too thick or too liquid.
  6. Put in the potatoes into the mixture.
  7. Then deep fry it.
  8. Ready to serve when the potatoes turn into golden brown.
