Ingredients
- 2 pineapples
- 400 gram sugar
- 3 drops yellow food colouring
- 1 teaspoon essence vanilla
- Peel the pineapples and clean them.
- Cut it into small pieces.
- Put them in a blender and blend it.
- Pour the blend pineapple into a pot. Put in also all the other ingredients and cook it.
- Stir the mixture constantly.
- Take the pot off the heat when the mixture become dry and thick.
- After the jam is cooled, you can put it inside a glass jar.
