Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 can condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon ovalette or sponge cake stabiliser
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg
Equipment
- Medium size bowl
- Electric hand mixer or blender
- Bowl made of plastic or something durable in the freezer
How To Make
Simple and easy. Just put all the ingredients inside the
bowl or blender. Whisk or blend it well until the texture become thick.
Then pour inside bowl made of plastic or something durable
in the freezer. If you want vanilla flavour, you already have it.
You can add your flavour by adding chocolate syrup, strawberries,
mangoes or anything you like to add in as flavour. Put it in the freezer.
There you have it. Your homemade ice cream.
